The wagon is designed for transportation of long freights, rods, pipes, timber , bulky and other goods, non - requiring a protection from the atmospheric influences. It meets the requirements of UIC and RIV. The wagon is equipped with side and front wall flaps and sixteen rotating sole bar stanchions. The flat floor of the wagon could be made from metal or wood. The wagon is equipped with an automatic KE-GP-A type brake and a wedging brake.
